Payment

We accept payment by Credit Card, Paypal and Bank Transfer (T/T) only.

Shipping insurance is optional and vary by different country. Please contact us for the additional insurance cost before purchase. We will not be responsible for any shipping lost or damage for uninsured items.

We are very sorry that we do not accept Money Order, Personal and Business Checks from other countries. Please send the payment to our Paypal Account: globalcolour@ymail.com

Payment should be made within 7 days after purchase.

We accept payment by different currency including USD, GBP, AUD, CAD & EUR. When you send your payment by Paypal, it will convert the currency for you automatically. Exchange rate varies every moment. Exact amount will be determined at the time when you make the payment. Or you could visit Ebay's Forex Rate for your easy reference.

For payment by bank transfer (T/T), please kindly contact us for more details. We will ship all items to the paypal registered shipping address only. 

Shipping

Standard Post:

We ship all items to worldwide. Shipping cost will be included the postage, packing and our handling cost to proceed your order. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Items will be shipped by REGISTERED AIR MAIL from Hong Kong via Hong Kong Post International Airmail Service or another suitable delivery company. The service type used will depend upon the value and size of the good/s purchased. Returned orders due to unclaimed, incomplete or incorrect address provided will only be resent at the customer's expense.

All items sold at our web store which are custom-made items. We do not have stock for them. Production time takes around 15 to 20 working days and delivery time takes around 7 to 15 working days to arrive. If buyers could not wait for the production time of the custom-made items, please do not purchase custom-made items sold at our web store and choose the in stock items sold at our ebay store instead. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday excluding all holidays. Tracking Number will be provided after shipping out. Please log in our web store to check for the tracking details. Normal Shipping Delivery Time will take around 7~15 working days to arrive excluding holidays after shipping out. The above delivery time is just estimated and not guarantee, which will be subject to the accessibility of the buyer and the local mail traffic. Please be noticed that there are usually considerable postal delays before and after long holidays like Christmas, New Year, Lunar New Year, Easter or if there are public holidays at your end, so please take this into consideration! We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by but not limited to; Acts of God, industrial action, vehicle breakdown, service providers and delivery companies. These events are outside of our control and we cannot accept any liability.

If you do not receive the item(s) after 3 weeks from the day of shipping, please inform us and we will send an enquiry form to Hong Kong Post or another delivery company to track for the cargo status. Hong Kong Post will send an official letter to your country's post office to request for the cargo status. On some occasions, overseas postal administrations may take two months to complete their tracing enquiries and four months to finalize the compensation, if any. Hong Kong Post or another delivery company will endeavor to follow up with overseas postal administrations for an early reply. We will inform you for the result when we have received their reply.

Priority Post:

We could upgrade the shipping service to express ship by FedEx or Hong Kong Speed Post (EMS) upon request. Delivery time will take around 3~7 working days to arrive after shipping out. Additional shipping cost is required and will be varied by different country. Please contact us for the additional shipping cost before sending the payment.

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received the items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We accept to return exchange or refund if the shoes doesn't fit you. To proceed the exchange or refund, buyers should inform us for the problem of the item before sending back to us. We will advise the return shipping address and reference code to the buyers to proceed accordingly. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition (no cigarette, perfume smell, make-up marks etc). Buyers should return the item to us within 14 days upon receipt in order to arrange exchange or refund. Buyer should pay for the return shipping cost and also the replacement shipment cost as 9.00 of each pair of women dance shoes / 16.00 of each pair of men dance shoes for the exchange option. If buyer return the items for refund, handling charge as 9.00 of each pair of women dance shoes / 16.00 of each pair of men dance shoes will be deducted from any refund.
(Please note that we do not accept exchange items for a different color or style... etc)

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted (if applicable)
Item with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items or special custom-made item (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items or special custom-made item cannot be refunded or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an return item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Terms

Buyer should measure and check the size before purchase. The color shown in the item's photos may be slightly varied from the actual color due to the lighting and color deviation of monitors. Measurement method of the heel height of our dance shoes: The highest point of the heel to the end of the black plastic base.

For all of our women and men's dance shoes, we use US size label system.
e.g. For women's dance shoes size UK6.5, we will stick a label 9 on the under sole because size UK6.5 is same as size US9
For men's dance shoes size UK9, we will stick a label 9.5 on the under sole because size UK9 is same as size US9.5
For all of our children's dance shoes, we use UK size label system instead.
Due to the custom nature and the amount of time and labor involved, we are not able to accept cancellations of order.

All sales are final. Buyers should read through all terms and condition before purchase. When you place an order from us, it means that you have agreed with all the listing terms and conditions.

Buyers are responsible to pay for import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees which may be imposed by your local government when you receive your package. Returned orders due to unclaimed, incomplete or incorrect address provided will only be resent at the customer's expense.

The days shown on our web is the working days of our shop. It's not the calendar days. Saturday and Sunday are not counted. Our Hong Kong Office will also be closed during Saturdays and Sundays.
